I suffer from a lot of heel pain from bone spurs.  This set is designed to relieve heel pain, and swollen feet. I was so happy with this set. The first piece wraps around your heel. It is a cooling gel piece that is super squishy. It feels so good on your heels. It really cushions them from the pain of being on your feet.
