I like to use this on my neck, where I have daily tension headaches. It does provide relief to your sore muscles.

This instructional video helps you out if you have the muscle massager roller ball. I think it would make sense to sell the 2 as a package deal, but that's not the case. The video is informative. It shows you how and where to use the roller ball. It's easy to follow, detailed and set at a good pace. It's easy to catch on quickly and after seeing it a few times you'll have it memorized. These swim goggles are great quality. They make a great silicone seal to keep the water out of your eyes.They are very comfortable to wear. The lenses are are of shatter proof material, so these will last for a long time. 


They provide uv protection, so you'll be safe out in the sun. They are also anti fog, s o you'll always have great vision underwater. It's easy to adjust them to fit and they fit snuggly, but comfortably. They make your swimming experience clear and comfortable. I love adult coloring books. I have always loved to color. My mom has had a tradition of giving me a coloring book every year for Christmas for years. These adult coloring books are very therapeutic, because they allow you to shut off your brain and just focus on this simple task.
 This book is great, especially if you love cats. It's full of detailed coloring pages, featuring adorable kittens, surrounded by detailed designs . Once you color these they are so great. It connects via usb to your computer. It's simple to load the paper and to print. The paper feeds through smoothly. I had no issues printing.

My boyfriend and I both love to drink tea. We have so many varieties in our house that our tea cabinet is overflowing. Chai is one of my favorite varieties, so I was really excited to try this Masala Green Chai Tea from Vahdam. As soon as I opened the pouch the smell was wonderful. This is a loose leaf tea, and I love the look of loose leaf tea, its always so pretty and also so fragrant. This is a large pouch that will last you a while.

 After a very short time steeping this tea was full of flavor. This tea has so much rich complex flavor, you don't need any sweetener. This tea is organic made with indian spices to promote calming and stress relief, that is just what I want in my evening tea. It's full of antioxidants which is amazing for your health. Mr. Biscuits Burning Love Hot Sauce Review

First of all the name of this hot sauce is fun. It makes you wanna try it. This would be great , for the name alone, in a valentines day man basket, or even wedding basket.The label is colorful and bold. The sauce itself has a great flavor. I can taste garlic, which I happen to like. The sauce claims high heat but  I would say its maybe medium. 

I personally think it's just the right amount. It's hand crafted and made with locally sourced ingredients. It's all natural, gluten free, and has no added fillers, which is a great thing. This would be great on anything. In my house, my boyfriend and his son put hot sauce on everything. They both gave this one the thumbs up. We all really enjoyed it. This is a simple design but it can be effective.I have frequent migraines and neck pain, so I thought this was the perfect fir for me. If you have a headache or neckache, you can simply place this cradle behind your head and rest comfortably. I can see how this can help. It simply puts you in a position where your spine is more correctly aligned. I supports your head and neck, and stretches your spine, relieving tension. Its certainly safe, and natural. 

You can use it very easily. The only thing I found is that, the instructions say to put it against a hard surface, and most places that I'm going to be sitting for a while and able to use it, are not necessarily condusive to this. It did relieve my pain while I was using it. I could feel the gentle stretch of my spine, and it is comfortable to use. It is a little bit large for storing, but it;s light weight. It would probably be great in the car. Its not all that portable, and you never know when a headache might strike, but it's great for home use. It does help.
