Dance Crazy Massage Roller Ball and companion video Review

Let's face it, even when you have a partner, it still may be like pulling teeth to get a massage. Wouldn't it be great to have an easy way to do your own? This massager is easy to use. It glides over your skin and puts just the right pressure to your sore spots. It fits in the palm of your hand so it's easy to use on yourself. The ball stays cool and feels even better. I like to use this on my neck, where I have daily tension headaches. It does provide relief to your sore muscles.

I also received the instructional DVD that goes with this massager. 
This instructional video helps you out if you have the muscle massager roller ball. I think it would make sense to sell the 2 as a package deal, but that's not the case. The video is informative. It shows you how and where to use the roller ball. It's easy to follow, detailed and set at a good pace. It's easy to catch on quickly and after seeing it a few times you'll have it memorized.
