Kiva Hot and Sweet Smoked Spanish Paprika Review

I use a lot of spices in my cooking. Paprika is great in so many recipes.
This Kiva  paprika comes in 2 varieties, Hot and Sweet, 2 very different flavors but equally great. The sweet smoked paprika has a deep rich flavor with a sweet undertone, it's a great replacement for any recipe that uses your standard paprika, while the hot smoked paprika has a deep rich and slightly spicy flavor. I used this in my home made taco seasoning mix and it was better than ever.This Paprika is imported from Spain, from a century old recipe of peppers smoke dried over Holm oak for at least 2 weeks. It is made in small batches to ensure the best aroma, color and flavor, and it shows. The paprika is a beautiful rich red color, which makes it a beautiful garnish for your appetizers, like deviled eggs. The ingredients come from local farmers that practice sustainability and are eco friendly. I love knowing that anything I'm eating, even down to the spices are made using these natural methods and use great care to give me the best quality ingredients.
