Mindfulness: A Journal

I am a huge fan misguided journals. They invite you to learn about yourself, which I'm always doing. I've heard a lot about mindfulness, but never really knew exactly what it was. This journal is a great way to discover mindfulness and how it can help you. This journal has tons of amazing prompts that let you get to know yourself, be in the moment, and be a calm centered person. These prompts are a about positivity, and self exploration. The author prefaced the journal by telling you to approach it in any way that suits you, at your own pace, in any order. Just the approach gives you a feeling of freedom and calm.

I love the idea behind the journal. I suffer from anxiety and this book is a great tool for staying centered and at ease. I think anyone could benefit from the exercises in this book. Everyone needs a little self exploration and peace in their lives.
The author of Mindfulness: A Journal, Catherine Price is an award winning journalist. She's had her work published in many publications, including The New York Times, and O: The Oprah Magazine. I would highly  recommend starting your journey to mindfulness with this beautiful journal. You can learn more about the book and author, and pick up a copy for yourself Here.

I received book for free for my honest unbiased review.
