Veda Yoga Mat Review

This is a very nice yoga mat. Most of the mats I've used before were pretty thin, and not all that comfortable. This one is like doing yoga on memory foam. It's extra thick and comfortable. The mat is lightweight and easy to carry. The surface is soft, but has good grip, so you're not slipping around. 

I have a bad knee, so it's important to me that my yoga mat provides me with extra cushion for my knee. This one has it all. It also comes in a great vibrant blue color that I love. It rolls up easily for storage and travel, and it's quick and easy to roll out. It's a great size and it really does everything you want your yoga mat to do.
