It's said that they will hold their sharp edge for much longer than steel knives. They are great for chopping and slicing.

 They cut vegetables and meat easily. The handles are comfortable to hold, with soft white grips. They are very light weight,about half the weight of steel knives,making them very easy to handle.They are really easy to clean.
