Ive used some of the ingredients in this supplement separately, like Garcinia Cambogia,Green Tea,  Forskolin and Raspberry Ketones and had decent results so I'm really happy to see a pill that is a combination of all the best ingredients to help you lose weight.I like that this is an all natural product that is also said to be a mood enhancer.

 I havn't been taking this for a long period of time to see weight loss yet but what I can tell you is that I have noticed a decrease in appetite, and a slight increase in energy. The pills are simple to add to your normal routine.They are easy to swallow and don't have much of an aftertaste.  I'm looking forward to long term results, but as with any diet aid, this only works alongside a healthy diet and exercise routine.
