There are a lot of great exercise plans that include one of these great balls that can work many muscle groups. This ball is strong. It doesnt deflate easily. It can support over 2200 pounds so anyone can use it. The ball comes with its own hand pump, extra air plug and valve remover tool. I tested this ball out roughly to see how strong it was and I had no problems. It held and held all of its air. This is a quality, heavy duty ball. It's black, so it goes with any decor. It's also easy to deflate and inflate, so you can store it easily, and use it right in your living room if you want to. I was very happy with this ball.
