I know there are hundreds of diet books out there all with conflicting ideas. They are all from experts of some sort or another, telling you how to lose weight their way. This book, Diet Enlightenment, gives you a realistic approach to dieting in a way that makes sense to normal people who have tried their share of fad diets. This book is informative and funny. It targets many dieting taboos in a fun and truthful way.The writer Rachel L.
