I got to try this great zester/grater recently. I never really thought of having a tool like this but it's pretty versatile and comes in handy. This isn't just a one trick pony. You can use it for zesting fruit,including lemon, lime, orange or coconut, grating cheese over pasta or salad, grating chocolate for garnish on desserts or grating ginger or garlic. This zester by Chef Proven is made from stainless steel and comes with an easy snap on blade cover. It's very easy to use for anyone, you don't have to be a chef. It's a hand held grater, so it's easy to hold right over any pan or plate as you grate. It's easy to grate all sorts of things, but let me warn you, it's also easy to grate your fingers if your not careful. It's a very sharp tool, which is actually a great thing, but just use caution, as you would with any kitchen tool. I got a little carried away and grated some of my skin. I'm very happy with it though, it's a handy little tool to have for many different uses.
