This E-Book about green smoothies, was very interesting. I am a regular smoothie drinker myself. This book tells you what green smoothies can do for you. It explains the specific health benefits of many fruits and vegetables.  It explains how you can combine ingredients to get all of your needed daily servings of fruits and vegetables in just 1 or 2 smoothies a day. If you have one for breakfast and lunch you can easily get all you need.These smoothies will energize and fuel you through the day. They also are packed full of antioxidants which help prevent cancer, heart disease and other diseases. These are also great if you have kids who are picky eaters. You can easily disguise the healthy vegetables they hate by mixing them in a smoothie with fruit. They will love the sweet flavor, and feel like they are getting a treat instead of healthy food. These green smoothies will help flush toxins in your body and stabilize your digestion leading to weight loss, and a healthy body. This book gives you many recipes for green smoothies, but on top of that the combinations you can make are endless. Here are a few that I am interested in trying.
